The same man who once delivered the prior quests to the public ran on in once again. The scroll this time was decoured in red design; showing some form of significance. The messenger paced himself up to the counter with a coy smile about his face. It was placed on the counter and the bartender took it with almost frost stricken fingers. They nodded, already understanding what this scroll contained regarding the severity. The messenger walked off and the bartender who will now be proclaimed: Mister McCoy or McCoy for short, posted the scroll up for the public to see.
