The Eden Pub

Maple walked into the pub, brushing hair out of her eyes, looking around with the lance strapped to her back as usual, she had heard that this was a good place to get started here and she sat at the bar.
"Barkeep... I'm looking for the quest board. I need to make some money."

Vuka slowly moved into the pub. It was quiet. Not many people were around. Which was odd for the night to be slow. He shrugged slightly then went on his way walking farther in. His crimson eyes watched and kept track of who was who in the pub. Paranoia seemed to linger in his mind. Vuka would take a seat in the far corner of the pub waiting for a fine waitress to cater to his needs. He gently smiled leaning back in his chair keeping his swords close and stationary. "Hmm..What a slow night." He said loud enough for people to hear him. So they could respond to him.

Marcus looked up at the gentleman and walked over taking a seat across from him looking at a waitress*Linda two of your best musha rockets please.The young teenager turned his head back and smiled.*So what brings you to Eden got any good stories to tell?*Marcus looked upon him a little eager since he hadn't been out of the city since he was 5.

She strolls over to the quest board and looks down it. "Not too many right now..." she pulled one off and replaced the tack. "I'll be accepting this quest!" She smiled happily, walking out with the quest poster for The Tormented Camp.

Vuka shrugged watching the youngster in front of him. "Well, if you must know, I am here for adventure. Perhaps even bring people along with me. What's it to you? Why are you so interested in why am I here?" He scowled abit rocking back and forth in his chair thinking of his next topic or agenda. Perhaps this guys could be of assitance.

Marcus smiled and chuckled*Well I've never been outside the city I'm intrested and if your looking for adventure we have a great quest board.I hear there is a thief out there terrorizing people*looks at the man watching his eyes and hands at the same time.

Shrugs once more then blinks a couple of times before speaking."Sure why not. What do you have in mind bud. I'm Vuka by the way. Vuka the Star Hunting Neko." He smiled gently placing his chair on all fours. His arms rested on the table before him looking at the man with a sligh smirk on it. "So who might you be? You may have mentioned it, but I have a bad memory." He lifted his right hand and tapped his temple. "I forget things."

Seeing that the door was obstructed at the moment, Maple flew into the Pub through a window and landed by the quest board, looking it over and smirking as she had already finished one of the two that had been hanging. She felt up to another one now and quickly '
looked over the bounty for the thief running around. "Wanted alive... well that will be difficult... I'll have to go bare handed just to catch him off guard then." She takes down the quest poster and smiles as she then flies back out the window, off to where the thief was last sighted, hoping to make as much of an easy amount of gil as she had made in her run in with the ogre earlier that day.

Gored's head was stuck in the door way while he sighed as he tried to get his head free."Damn it why do humans make there doors so small!!"he yelled in anger. he tried to get his head free once again but with no luck.People out side were watching.Gored Huffed as he flexed his Muscles and yelled out with a loud roar and Jerked back on the door tearing it right out from the wall leaving a large gap just large enough for Gored to get threw. Gored grabbed the pieces of the door around his head with the one arm he had and ripped it off from around his neck and threw it to the side as he bent down and crawled in side. Once in side he was so tall his head hit the roof as his massive horns scraped across the ceiling.he slowly made his way to the quest board trying not to step on waitresses or bar patrons.Once at the quest board he was force to lean over just to read it.

Marcus smiled at the man though his eyes never left the man the magic sensors he had placed when he had walked inside had gone off sending photo images of both the minotaur and the vampire that had come in.Neither were a threat so he responded to the man.*Oh I'm just a war-mage at the mage academy in charge of questing and mage licenses.Since I'm only middle rank right now oh and my name is Marcus no need for last name's.

Gored saw there were no more quests as he huffed."may be tomorrow."he turned around as he walked threw the large hole in the wall he made earlier as he walked down the street and found a ally way large enough for him it in.he walked into the ally way and sat his hammer down beside him and sat down.oh his side he had a huge bag attach to large leather straps that stretched over his shoulder. the bag held what looked like a metal fore arm colored with dark blue paint. the Fingers of the hand were long and metalik like claws with only two finger and a blade looking thumb to be just as sharp as the others.Gored grabbed if from his bag and attached it to the numb on his left arm as he growled in pain as there was a loud sizzling sound while steam rose from the Fist.Gored raised the Fist and wiggled his finger's and made a fist as he smirked with a fire in his eye."Ill find you and you little vampire comrades." he smiled and looked at the fist as his face shined in the shiny metal as the steel fist made a fist.

"Of course. I agree with you about the last name thing. It is nice to meet you Marcus" He stood up from his chair looking past the man called Marcus. "A Mage liscense huh? That sound tempting, but I think I will pass on the whole mage thing." Vuka took a step away from his seat then walked a few more steps past him looking at the people behind him. "Is there anything else I could do here? If not, I can make something up." He bounced in place thinking of an objective to do. He will be leaving the pub soon. His eyes caught hold of a large creature. A minotaur. "Wow..How embarassing. He so ruined that doorway." He laughed to himself then nudged Marcus. "Looks at that. A minotaur. I havent seen one of them in a long time. He smiled the chuckled again as he watched him walk out. I think I will follow this creature around abit. He seems interesting. He followed after him looking at the large hole he made in the wall. "Heh heh funny stuff."

Marcus turned looking at the door and sighed.*Great more work for me.*He got up walking over lifting the door easily for someone his size and slammed it back in the doorway muttering a spell.The door way grew larger as well did the door before magicly sealing itself closed.he sighed looking around spotting a man running Marcus stepped forward.*Naga whats wrong?*The man huffed as he looked at him*Oh Marcus thank the council there's a problem*Marcus sighed his day off was over he followed the man as he talked about a fire in the licensing department.

Gored sat in the ally way messing with he large steel arm he had attached to what was left of his shoulder.Gored eyes shifted to the left then back to the right.he knew some one was following him. Gored continued to screw bolts on the arm.Gored soon came across a bolt that would not turn while gored did a hard strong twist as the bolt turn while steam shot from the cracks in on the fist as the hand shot out of the ally way into a fruit cart that was passing by. the fruit cart exploded while chunks of fruit and wood flew every were.Gored had a surprises look on his face."Whoops"he looked around peeking his head out of the ally and pulled the fist back.the chain pulled back and retracted back as gored clicked the fist back into place and took a few steps back while he charged down the ally way to get away from the mess he cased.

Vuka saw the Minotaur duck into an alley up ahead. His eyes also saw the accident he caused as he stuck his head out. "Awe man. What a clutz." He shook his head coming closer to the alley. "This guy needs someone to watch out for him. If he keeps this up he will just destroy everything and not make a single friend. If anything, he will gain enemies." He sighed finally making it to the alley. Vuka's crimson eyes watched as he ran down the alley. "Hey hey wait! I'm not going to hurt you!" He called after him. More than likely he knew that Vuka didn't mean any harm. Still he was abit afraid that he might turn on him. Hence why he yelled out to him hoping he would get him to stop.

Hi there I'm new at all of this um how do I fight?

"Never!!!" He exclaimed loudly still pursuing him. "I want to talk to you!!!" Vuka would huff now giving chase to the minotaur. Why in the world would this person be running? He will find out sooner or later as he followed him through the city like it was a maze of sorts. Vuka's feet glided across the ground's surface simply with grace and ease. The hussle and bussle of the people around him didn't phase or hinder his movements within the crowd.

A simple man enters into the Pub with a scroll. Running through the several interesting characters that spotted the pubs interior. "New quests!!!" Shouting as he ran up to the bartender and placed the scroll down. The bartender took the scroll, looking over some of the quests listed and made the announcement to all. "Attention all quest seekers. We have new thats that are now available from some intriguing clients!" The bartender turned around and nailed the scroll to the wall just behind him, a tad bit off to the side so he could not interfere with those trying to look at the availables listed.

Angel gets up from the pub chair and moves over looking at the lazy bum quest and giggles.*Hey this looks fun.*She reaches out grabbing the quest scroll and turns heading out to the mage academy for her questing license.

Marcus looks over the quest scroll's and nods spotting the Cloud Castle and nods.*Mine*He reaches out grabbing it in his hand as he turned.He had heard of the city of the cloud's now was a great time to visit.His steps carried him out of the pub and the city into the world.

Maple flaps in through the window again and lands by the quest board, looking it over and smiling as she caught one that looked very interesting, she took down the poster for the Ice Golem in the Mountains and smirked.
"My fire spells will be perfect for this mission, and being without blood makes it easier for me because I don't need to be warm!" she giggled and flew out again, heading towards the Icy mountains.
